Your Water Source Determines Your Solution

Municipal supply, a building tank, a private well and a delivery truck do not carry the same water, and they do not need the same system. Knowing which one reaches your tap is where every job we do begins.

Municipal supply

Chlorine used in treatment can carry through to the tap and affect taste and odor, along with sediment picked up from the network on the way.

Building tank

Water that sits in a rooftop or basement tank can pick up sediment and rust, and the tank is a second chance for anything in the network to settle.

Private well

Well water varies with the ground it comes from and with the season: hardness, dissolved solids and sediment are the usual starting points, and it warrants the closest look.

Delivered by truck

A tank filled from a different source every few weeks is the hardest case to plan for, because what arrives changes with whoever delivered it.

Not sure which one reaches your tap? We will find out, free.

What's Really in Your Water?

Water quality can vary from one home, building, neighborhood, or water source to another. Sediment, chlorine, hardness, unpleasant taste, odors, and dissolved contaminants can all affect the water you use every day.

Sediment & Particles

Sand, rust, dirt, and suspended particles can enter household water through tanks, pipes, wells, or the municipal network.

Taste, Odor & Chlorine

Chlorine and other compounds may affect the smell and taste of drinking water and the water used for cooking.

Hardness & Dissolved Contaminants

Minerals and dissolved substances can contribute to scale buildup and may require more advanced filtration depending on the water source.

We Test Your Water, At Your Place

No guessing, no generic answers. A Pure Water specialist visits your home or business, tests the water that actually comes out of your tap, and tells you exactly what it needs, free of charge.

Two jobs, two systems

Drinking Water or Whole-House? Most Homes Need Both

They are not alternatives. One treats the water you drink and cook with; the other treats the water that reaches every tap in the building. Which you start with depends on what is bothering you.

Drinking water

Fitted
Under the kitchen sink, on the tap you drink and cook from
✓
Reduces dissolved solids, which is what taste mostly comes down to
✓
Takes out the chlorine taste and odour at the tap you drink from
✓
Catches sediment ahead of the membrane, so the membrane lasts
✓
A UV stage can be added where water is stored or comes from a well
—
It treats one tap. The shower, the washing machine and the boiler still carry whatever the building gives them

Whole-house

Fitted
On the main line, where water enters the building
✓
Holds back sediment and rust from the tank and the network
✓
Reduces chlorine before it reaches the shower and the laundry
✓
Keeps grit out of the boiler, the washing machine and the taps
✓
Sized by the building, not the household — flow rate decides it
—
It is not a drinking-water system. It reduces what the whole building carries; it does not take the kitchen tap down to drinking-water quality
Most of the homes we fit run both

A whole-house set at the main line and an RO system at the kitchen. The free water test is what tells you whether you need one, the other, or both — and in what order.

Help Protect What Uses Your Water

Appropriate filtration can help reduce sediment and mineral buildup affecting faucets, appliances, plumbing, and connected equipment

What Happens After You Say Yes

Choosing the system is the short part. This is the rest of it.

Fitted by the people who specified it

The specialist who tested your water writes the configuration, and our own technicians install it. No part of the job is passed to a subcontractor.

Your filter schedule is ours to remember

Cartridges have a working life, and past it the flow drops and the filtration falls off. We come every three months and message you before a change is due, so the date is not yours to keep track of.

Covered for a year, and here after that

Every system we install carries a full one-year warranty, covering everything except faults caused by the electricity supply — the one thing in Lebanon nobody can promise. After the year, the same number reaches the same people.

Straight answers

What people ask us before they book, and what we tell them

Yes. A specialist visits your home or business anywhere in Lebanon, tests sediment, chlorine, hardness and dissolved solids from your own tap and tank, and recommends a system free of charge. The test is the first step of an installation, so we carry it out once you have decided to go ahead. If you want to know what is generally found in the supply before anyone visits, we have written it up: is tap water in Lebanon safe to drink?

A reverse osmosis drinking water system purifies water at the kitchen tap for drinking and cooking. A whole-house Big Blue filter is installed on the main line and removes sediment, rust and chlorine from every tap in the house. Most homes that want both drinkable water and better showers end up with one of each.

All of them. We install and service across Beirut and Mount Lebanon — Jounieh, Jbeil, Baabda, Antelias, Zalka, Dbayeh, Broummana and Aley — and travel to Tripoli, Batroun, Akkar, Zahle and the Beqaa, Saida, Tyre and Nabatieh. The on-site water test is free wherever you are.

Yes. For well or tank water we usually recommend a 6-stage reverse osmosis system with UV sterilization, combined with whole-house sediment and carbon filtration. Both cases are worth reading about first — what a building tank does to your water, and what a well actually needs.
